Your First Visit
We know the first time going somewhere new can be stressful. So here at Flourish Chiropractic, we want to take the mystery out of it and show you what we’re all about. Scroll down to learn more about your first (and second!) visit to Flourish!
Arrival & Intake Forms
When you first arrive at Flourish, you are greeted and given your intake intake to fill out. This generally takes about 10 minutes. You’re welcome to save time by filling your intake forms online!
Consultation
We will sit down and review your health concerns and goals for care. We will share information about nerve interference and how chiropractic care can facilitate healing in your body. During this time you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have and learn more about your health, Flourish, and chiropractic care.
Assessment
Our thorough assessment and examination, using the most current technology in the field, will evaluate the location and severity of stress and nerve interference in your body. This allows us to fully understand the state of your health, so that we can provide the best possible care that you need and deserve.
X-Ray
Depending on the specifics of your case, the final step of your initial visit may be to have x-rays taken. Conveniently located in our office, x-rays allow us to see the structure and movement of your spine. Our doctors will study your x-ray images before your next visit.
Report of Findings
Your next visit is the most important visit! One of our doctors will review findings from your assessment and x-rays, discuss recommendations for care, and review any costs associated with your care.
Your First Adjustment
Our doctors utilize a specific, gentle adjustment to begin the process of better function and reaching your health goals.
